The Vectis approach
What we do
We deliver workforce reform and transformation projects, in the health care, education and training space. We do this mainly, but not exclusively, for public sector organisations such as NHS Trusts and their systems, NHS England or Higher Education Institutions and Professional Bodies.
How we do it
By leveraging a deep and pragmatic understanding of the organisational landscape, their politics and the people who work within them we work openly and collaboratively to influence the change process that deliver transformative outcomes.
Why we do it
Creating equality and equity of opportunities for employees, employers and learners is more likely to result in better retention and lower attrition of staff, more satisfied and motivated teams leading, ultimately, to better patient care, and a healthier approach to care provision.
Services
Collaboratively produced and delivered, we tailor our services to each project requirement.
Collaborative and transformative leadership – to help you and your team grow and develop.

How we believe we can help you and your team
Vectis Health Care Solutions provides collaborative and transformative leadership to help with workforce challenges of today to find sustainable solutions for tomorrow.
Our work is based on a people led approach, engaging in collaboration and co creation with a person-centred focus to understand problems, identify challenges and translate this into a solution focussed output.
Whether you need facilitation, leadership, trouble shooting, workshop design and delivery for teams, remotely or in person, focus groups, critical analysis of the evidence, report writing, framework development, or a combination of the above – we can provide it for you, in a relaxed, friendly, open and collaborative environment.

Working in tandem with our client is what we do best. We provide a safe space to explore, discuss and unearth key workforce challenges. We work with you to tackle the complexity of those challenges, that often comes before the solution is found. We take time at the analysis stage to identify the patterns and themes that often are at the root of the challenge, before leaping to find a solution. That way we can be sure that the solution is a long term one and not simply a sticking plaster.
